NICOLE FISHER, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Onyx Luxury Aesthetics (formerly Luxe Medical Aesthetics) is owned and operated by Nicole Fisher, a board-certified nurse practitioner with 18 years of experience in the medical field. Prior to starting her aesthetic practice, Nicole spent 10 years of her career working in the fast paced environment of emergency medicine. After experiencing burnout in critical care, Nicole was drawn to the area of aesthetics; and in turn established her practice Luxe Medical Aesthetics (now known as Onyx Luxury Aesthetics) in 2018. Nicole’s passion is using non-surgical techniques to enhance her patients’ beauty and deliver natural-looking results. She is always in pursuit of furthering her expertise with continuing education and has attended over 20 in-person aesthetic trainings. Her mission is to safely perform treatments that leave patients looking rejuvenated and feeling confident.

Meet Our Team
Arina Altuhov, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Injector
Arina brought her expertise to the practice when she joined the team in 2021. She has 8 years of experience in the medical field, with much of her knowledge and time spent in the critical care sector. At Onyx Luxury Aesthetics she especially enjoys spending time building connections and getting to know her patients. Arina’s goal for all of her clients is to provide individualized and safe injectable services that yield natural-looking results. Arina also brings to the team her skillset of being bilingual in English and Russian.
Kylie Schamp, CAE
Advanced Esthetician, Phlebotomist, Laser Specialist
Kylie is originally a California native who began her journey working in the aesthetic field in 2019. She is specialized and attune to listening to her patient’s specific skin concerns from which she creates customized and comprehensive treatment plans. Kylie’s overall goal for those she works with is to have them walk out of her treatment room feeling more confident.
Emilee Robins, CAE
Advanced Esthetician, Laser Specialist
Emilee joined the Onyx team in 2024 with over four years of experience in the industry. She specializes in advanced skin treatments such as laser, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.
