Policies

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes at Onyx Luxury Aesthetics, it cannot be guaranteed. We do not offer refunds on retail products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged for a replacement within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

As a courtesy to our customers and providers at Onyx Luxury Aesthetics, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your card on file will be charged a $100 cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance. For appointments valued at less than $200 you will be charged 50% of the cost.

Child Policy

We ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment at Onyx Luxury Aesthetics. This ensures the safety of your children and maintains a relaxing environment for all patients.

Pet Policy

Although we love animals we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Onyx Luxury Aesthetics with the exception of service animals.

Gift Card Policy

All gift cards issued by Onyx Luxury Aesthetics are valid for one (1) year. Gift cards are non-refundable. This does not apply to gift cards purchased through Allē or Aspire Rewards.

Membership Policy

Membership agreements shall be effective on the date of enrollment and benefits will become available immediately. Memberships and/or benefits cannot be transferred to other patients. Applicants for membership must be at least 18 years old. Onyx Luxury Aesthetics reserves the right at any time to cancel or suspend the membership of any member in the event of the following: where any monies due to Onyx Luxury Aesthetics by the member remain unpaid for 3 days after it is due. We reserve the right to vary, add, or eliminate any of the particular services from time to time. Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice in writing of changes, which include any increase in membership fee or reduction in benefits. You may cancel your membership after 90 days giving written notice.
